It's a brilliant (though heavy!) plane.<br />The bench i decided to make knockdown--just the bottom stretchers. I think the legs are ok in pairs. I am following your progress on LJ...Hello friend!<br /> I am following your progress on LJ. Great job and keep going with your bench. You will wonder to yourself why didnt you do it sooner. It is amazing how fast one is able to work on projects with a proper bench. A couple questions that I do have for you. What hand planes do you have? (are you going to be using hand planes to finish the top?) Also how do you plan to construct your base?
